Won't leave home without it!
I keep the magnesium stick in my purse and in my car. I use it when I start to feel a headache or nagging pain come on. It stops it immediately! I suffer from migraines and I use to live in fear of when a slight headache pain would turn into a full blown migraine. Now that fear is gone. The Magnesium stick is quick and convenient and it works!

Great relief and ease of use.
This magnesium stick is great relief for my hands when I am at work. My thumbs are out of joint and I have not been taking pain relief for my hands at work since I started using this. I love the fact that I can carry this in my pocket and it does not melt. I have had it for 8 months and the smell is still as pleasant as when I first got it. I am fortunate it does not bother my asthma. I have also used it for headache relief. I highly recommend this product

Always a Carry Along
This stick is an amazing idea ! It works so fast on my headache after putting it on my forehead temple to temple and across the back of my neck. Before I know it, my headache is gone. Yay for this product.

Use for everything
I have a disc problem in my neck which results in painful muscle knots in my upper right shoulder and arm. When I lay down sometimes the pain is unbearable. I rub the area with the magnesium stick and really get significant relief. Two days ago I grabbed a copper frying pan by the metal handle forgetting it just came out of a 400 degree oven and really burned and blistered my thumb and 2 forefingers. I submerged them in ice water for a while then held on ice. Throbbing so bad I couldn’t sleep. Used the mag stick and couldn’t believe the relief! I am completely sold!!
