Amazing sleep assist
After 65 sleep like a baby applies only to babbies. This lavendar spray was subtly effective in bringing on the blanket of morpheus. I liked it so well I gave it away to my cousin who needed sleep badly. Go ahead and get a couple bottles so you have back up for trips.

Great Sleep aide
A year ago, I started working really early hours, and it is hard to get to sleep when it is still daylight out. The blackout blinds helped, but what really helps is spraying my pillow and using the roll-on on my feet nightly. I usually get a great nights sleep!
